Event Planning
What types of events do you serve?
We bring the Sweetest Smiles experience to birthdays, school events, fundraisers, corporate activations, festivals, community events, and large celebrations.
What happens during the experience?
Guests choose a cotton candy design and watch as our robotic machine creates it right before their eyes. It’s part treat, part entertainment, and part interactive experience.
Can you customize the experience for my event?
Yes. Depending on the machine and event, we can coordinate colors and presentation to complement your theme, celebration, or brand activation.
Booking & Logistics
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve the San Francisco Bay Area and Greater Los Angeles, with operations based in Hayward and Arcadia. Send us your event location and we'll confirm availability and any applicable delivery fees.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for weekends, holidays, school events, and large festivals. Dates are subject to availability.
Machine & Setup
Which machine is right for my event?
Our Fully Automatic experience offers 60+ designs and is ideal for schools, festivals, corporate events, and larger celebrations. Our Semi-Automatic experience offers four colors plus rainbow and is a great fit for birthdays and smaller gatherings.
How much space and power do you need?
Requirements vary by machine and setup. Once we know your venue and event details, we'll confirm the space, electrical, and setup requirements with you.
How fast can the machine make cotton candy?
Our machines typically create approximately 20–30 cotton candies per hour, depending on the design selected.
Is the robotic cotton candy experience safe for children?
Yes. Our automated machines are designed to provide a clean experience with minimal handling, and our team provides proper setup and supervision.
Do you deliver and set up the machine?
Yes. For staffed events, our team coordinates delivery, setup, operation, and breakdown so you can focus on your event.
How do I check availability?
Submit the event form with your date, time, location, event type, and estimated number of guests. We'll review the details and get back to you with availability.
